Would you like to return a product to us?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us.

Damaged cases and used bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns of orders shipped to Belgium and outside Belgium are the responsibility of the Customer.

When not picking up an order in a relay point, and returning the order to YDROSIA all logistics costs will be borne by the customer. Thus we will not refund the costs inherent in the delivery to and from home.

When your order is sent, you will receive it on average within 5 working days for Belgium and 10 working days for abroad.

We ship to every country in the world. The amount of the delivery costs is known at the time of payment of your order and when choosing the delivery method.

In Belgium, delivery is free from 60€ of purchases, in France from 120€ of purchase and in the rest of the euro zone from 150€.

Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
