Returns

Would you like to return a product to us?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us.

Damaged cases and used bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns of orders shipped to Belgium and outside Belgium are the responsibility of the Customer.

When not picking up an order in a relay point, and returning the order to YDROSIA all logistics costs will be borne by the customer. Thus we will not refund the costs inherent in the delivery to and from home.
