We assure you, it&#8217;s not that difficult!<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cdaa47;\"><strong>Here are a few tips:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><em>morning<\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>As soon as you wake up, you have a large glass of water to rehydrate. The glasses of water must be chained throughout the day. At least 6 before lunch and 6 until bedtime.<\/li>\n<li>We drink spring water or low mineralized<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">(La Ginstberg, a Belgian water<\/span> is perfect).<\/li>\n<li>Yoga and\/or meditation 15 minutes. Do you know Mila Victoria? <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/milavictoriayoga\/\">@milavictoriayoga.<\/a>\n<p><\/span> It offers a daily challenge of 15 minutes, top to resume smoothly!<\/li>\n<li>Dry brushing all over the body and face<a href=\"https:\/\/ydrosia.com\/fr\/produit\/brosse-visage\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">(we have the brush for<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">you!<\/span> <\/a> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">)<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Shower &#8211; skin hydration. For the face, <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/ydrosia.com\/fr\/?post_type=product&#038;p=5667\">the detox treatment <span style=\"color: #333333;\">is the best <\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> :<\/span>-). For the body, apricot or sesame kernel oil is well suited to nourish the skin without leaving a greasy film.<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast: 2 Fruits (all, even banana) &#8211; 1 case of seeds (lin, chia, sunflower, squash, hemp,..) &#8211; some dried fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachio, dates) &#8211; vegetable milk (blended or not). You can even add half an avocado if you like it to bring good fats or coconut oil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><em>Midday<\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lunch: Vegetables (preferably greens\/whites, leeks, broccoli, fennel, celery,..) &#8211; grains (Quinoa, Sarazin, whole rice, soba noodle, millet,&#8230;) &#8211; protein (fish, egg, fresh butcher&#8217;s meat and whose provenance is known). We enhance with lemon, cashew cream, herbs, spices (sumac, za&#8217;atar, cardamom,..). We let go, we test, we find our favorite flavors and we take the time to savour. If you eat alone, meditating while eating is excellent for the stomach. Focusing on tastes, textures, and the way we chew rebalances digestion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><em>Evening<\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dinner: Vegetable and legume soup (lentils, chickpeas, beans). In a blender all pre-steamed vegetables are steamed with spices, herbs and hot water. We salt with Gomasio (mix of salt and sesame) and put a drizzle of olive oil (first cold pressure, organic).<\/li>\n<li>Sleep: Early! We zap Netflix, we take a book and we aim for 11pm to find Morpheus.
